Hi,Jake regarding the handle bar vibration why not try to put inside a solid round steel bar 2 to 2 1/2" or more but it must be little bit tight and 1/4 deeper at the end of the handle so theres a place for the weld I think it will reduce the vibration of your handle IMO,Thanks.
